The evening includes a silent auction, wine toss, delectable dinner paired with fine wines, culminating in a live auction. The live auction will feature exclusive wines, local and international adventures, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Hosted by the Association of Volunteers at Children’s Hospital Colorado, The Wine Event has raised more than $2.8 million for the hospital and its programs. All proceeds benefit the Family Resource Center, a sanctuary at Children's Colorado that offers space for mindfulness and emotional health for patients and families, a home away from home including respite sleep rooms located throughout the hospital. The newest expansion of the Family Resource Center in the Gary Pavilion on the Anschutz Medical Campus provides respite for families receiving care at the Pediatric Mental Health Institute. This new location includes a comfortable lounge and kitchen space, respite rooms, a laundry room, and shower facility. Families are warmly greeted by personnel available to assist with non-clinical needs. We hope you will join us for this memorable evening! |
